Brandinstinct is what happens when you put well-travelled brand consultants, designers and organisational consultants in the same room. For us, growing brands is not about any one discipline. It’s about connecting the vision of your company to the market at large.

Senior people
We are strategic advisers with the ear of senior management. We don’t employ any juniors for client work and our focus is on creating breakthrough concepts that change the way people think about our clients’ brands.

International focus
We work across dozens of countries throughout Europe and the Middle East and we do it all from one office in London. Our team is also very diverse both in nationality and in perspective. This diversity fosters creativity at home and empathy when not.

Collaborative working
Diversity and creativity are great, but they are nothing without the cooperation and meeting of minds that is necessary to get the best solutions implemented. The talent here works directly with clients to understand their perspectives, their company and their market, to collaboratively create the right solutions with them.

Our brand
Our mission is to cultivate a global civil society through the promotion of constructive, unifying and enlightening human values. We value self awareness, authenticity, humour and a challenge seeking attitude above all else. We work hard to ensure these values shine through to each other, our clients and society at large.

Some numbers
We are 23 people with 16 different passports; we have no less than 8 and up to 35 years’ worth of brandbuilding experience each; we work across 31 countries; run every engagement from our 1 location in London (Shoreditch to be precise). Most of our clients turnover more than £100m a year and half of them operate in more than 10 countries apiece.
