This property development is the first to be launched
under the new Al Rajhi brand. The development brings a new level of quality
to the region. The brand takes customers back to ancient ideas of a rich and
lush community life. We explored notions of closer ties with neighbours and
more social activity for this brand. As a result, the level of interest for
the development has been oversubscribed by a factor of five.
