Research
We conduct all kinds of research, but favour qualitative methods that use observation-based approaches to uncover customer truths. Sometimes this means watching them in a store, following them around an office or sitting with them in their homes. Once we identify opportunities, we often test their validity with quantitative methods. Again, we employ many techniques, but tend to use internet panels for their speed and convenience more than any other.
