Russian pharmacists and doctors were not enthusiastic
about western brands claiming to care for the patient. But research showed
they were open to notions of practical wisdom. We developed a monochrome
brand that stuck to the facts, honoured the doctor as the caregiver and
gave the sales team a story to believe in. Veropharm now enjoys a significant premium
in a world of cut-throat margins.
